Wartsila 12V32 alternator bearings rebabbitting has been done by RAP. Bearings have performed satisfactory for more than 6300 hours. We are grateful to Mr. Raj Shahani and his team as rebabbiting of bearings undertaken by them has reduced our downtime and company has saved considerable cost.

Turbine shaft bearings having bore size of 490 mm have been supplied as per the drawing for our turbine having capacity of 500 MW. The bearings have been fitted without any problems maintaining the desired oil gap. Turbine has crossed 3600 hours of operation. It works excellent. Thanks!
