Ready stock of Crankpin undersize Bearings

i) RA Power Solutions maintain a stock of undersize bearings which are required immediately after grinding. In most cases, we send our technicians along with the undersize bearing which facilitates immediate commissioning & operation of the engine after the grinding of the crankshaft is done.  

ii) The Daihatsu 5DC-17 engine manufacturer recommends grinding of crankpins only up to 1.0 mm undersize. With our experience of more than 43 years in the repair of marine engine crankshafts, we have undersized the crankpins up to 3.0 mm and engines are performing satisfactorily.
